- How much does it cost to join the Wolftime Community?
There is a flat monthly membership subscription of R245.00. This includes your VAT and is a fully taxable business expense. New members enjoy an initial free period – so you can try out everything before paying anything.
- What do I get for my monthly subscription?
You will have full access to all of the Wolftime Community resources: business guides, downloadable tools, and online expert support. There are no pay-per-use fees of any kind, so you can read as many guides, download as many tools, and ask for as much advice as you like. You will also receive weekly newsletters via email informing you about important business developments which we pick out from business media (like the Government Gazette) which we monitor continually.
- When does my monthly subscription begin?
Your monthly subscription will only start from 1 June. Until then, everything is 100% FREE except for the nominal catering fees if you choose to attend any workshops or events.
- Are there any other charges?
There is a nominal fee for attending our workshops and functions to cover the cost of catering (obviously you only pay this if you choose to attend). Apart from this, there are no other recurring or once-off fees of any kind (for example, there are no account creation or cancellation charges).
- What if I need additional professional help like legal representation?
While our panel of business experts are on standby to provide qualified advice and information, your monthly subscription does not include any additional professional services. However, you are more than welcome to approach panel experts or other members and negotiate with them directly if required. Obviously this will be strictly between you and the professional(s) involved.
- Is it possible to try the Wolftime Community before paying?
Absolutely! New members enjoy an initial free period, so you can try out everything without paying a cent. Your membership subscription will only begin from the first of the following month – everything before then is free.
- What if I want to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply contact us telephonically or via email and we will immediately de-activate your account.
- Are there any cancellation fees?
Absolutely not! There is also no written notice period, so you stop paying the moment you cancel.
- How long will my membership last?
Our members have the convenience of a simple month-to-month membership system instead of being locked into a fixed term contract. So you can be a member for as long or as short as you want.
- How can I settle my monthly subscription?
When you create your membership account, you can choose to subscribe by credit card or debit order. If you choose debit order, then you will need to complete our online debit order form. If you choose credit card, then you will be directed to Virtual Card Services' secure credit card form. After entering your banking or credit card details, your account will be immediately activated and your username and password will be emailed to you.
- Can I rather settle my subscription by EFT or some other method?
No. We have deliberately selected debit order and credit card options since they are administratively convenient and reliable. They also eliminate the hassle and unpleasantness of chasing after members who don't settle their accounts on time. It would be hypocritical for us to advise our members on issues like cash-flow management and office administration but not practise what we preach!
- When will I receive my username and password?
Your login details will be emailed to you as soon as you have completed the account creation form and entered your banking or credit card details (depending on your subscription preference). Please contact us if you have not received this confirmation email within five minutes of creating your membership account.
- Can I promote my business to other members?
You are more than welcome to network with other members, and discuss opportunities for doing business with them, at our monthly functions. However, we do not currently offer any facilities whereby members can directly market themselves to other members. The reason for this is simple: the entrepreneurs who join the Wolftime Community do so because they want to benefit from the support that we offer – not to receive marketing information from other members. It is for this same reason that we do not have any advertising on the Wolftime Community website.
