As a member of the Wolftime Community you will have full access to all of its resources – both during your initial free period and thereafter. You are welcome to share your account, and any of the Wolftime Community resources, with anyone in your business (i.e. you do not need separate membership accounts for multiple users provided they are all employed by your business). Delivery
Upon completing your registration for the Wolftime Community, you will receive your membership login details via email and will have immediate access to all of the Wolftime Community features. Free trial period
All new Wolftime Community members enjoy an initial free period. This period will begin from the moment you finish registering your membership account until the start of the following month. While you will not pay any membership subscription during this initial free period, you will still be liable for any attendance fee should you choose to attend any Wolftime Community events. If you do not want to continue as a member when your initial free period expires, then it is your responsibility to inform the Wolftime Community management team before your initial free period expires to ensure that no membership subscriptions are transacted from your account. Membership duration
The Wolftime Community uses a simple month-to-month recurring system. Therefore, your membership duration is not fixed and will continue from one month to the next until you choose to cancel it. Membership cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting the Wolftime Community management team telephonically or via email. There are no administration or cancellation charges. Furthermore, there is no cancellation notice period: your membership account will be de-activated immediately and no further membership subscriptions will be debited from your account. Payment
The monthly Wolftime Community membership subscription is R245.00 per month. This monthly subscription includes access to all of the Wolftime Community resources, but does not include the cost (if any) for attending any Wolftime Community events. The monthly Wolftime Community membership subscription will not be increased before June, 2010. Any adjustments to the monthly subscription will only be considered from 1 June, 2010, and will be communicated to members at least one month in advance through the weekly Wolftime Community newsletter and online forums. The monthly membership subscription can be settled via debit order or credit card. Payments are transacted on the first business day each month and will begin once your initial free period has expired. Refunds
Should you cancel your membership then you will not be billed for subsequent months, but you will still be liable for the current month's full membership subscription and will not be entitled to a refund for that month. Security
For security purposes, members' bank account and credit card details are not stored on the Wolftime Community website. Members' banking details are uploaded to First National Bank's secure online terminal to process debit orders. Credit card transactions are processed by Virtual Card Services (VCS). All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted and comply with international standards. VCS' company registration documents and registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information. Monitoring

The Wolftime Community management team may investigate any reported violation of these conditions or complaints and take any action deemed appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, suspending or terminating membership accounts).
